The robotic lawnmower has
got caught in something.
The robotic lawnmower
is stuck behind a number
of obstacles.
One of the body's
attachments has come loose.
The lift sensor has been
activated due to the mower
getting stuck.
One of the lift senor magnets
is inverted or missing.
The lift sensor is faulty.
The robotic lawnmower has
got caught in something.
The working area includes a
steep slope.
The guide wire is not laid at
an angle on a slope.
The robotic lawnmower is
leaning too much or has
turned over.
The mower is no longer
receiving signals from the
guide wire.
The mower has followed the
boundary wire but not found
the charging station.
Guide wire calibration has
been successful.
Guide wire calibration has
failed.
Free the robotic lawnmower and rectify the
reason for it becoming trapped.
Check if there are any obstacles which
make it hard for the robotic lawnmower to
move on from this location.
Check that the body is properly secured in
the front and rear rubber dampers.
Free the robotic lawnmower and rectify the
reason it got stuck.
Check the magnets. See 5.1.4 Magnets for
sensors on page 57.
Check the lift sensor. See 5.18 Replacing
the front collision column / lift sensor on
page 74.
Free the mower and rectify the reason for
the lack of drive. If it is due to wet grass,
wait until the lawn has dried before using
the mower.
Maximum guaranteed slope is 40%.
Steeper slopes should be isolated. See
section Installation of the boundary wire in
the Operator's Manual.
If the guide wire is laid on a slope, it must
be laid at an angle across the slope. See
section Installation of the guide wire in the
Operator's Manual.
Turn the mower the right way up and rectify
the cause of the mower turning over.
Check connection of guide wire to charging
station. To locate a break in a wire, refer to
"6.5 Finding a break in the boundary loop".
This may be due to a break in the guide
wire or that it is not connected to the
charging station. If the mower has been
used on another installation with several
guide wires other than the current one, this
fault message can also appear.
Check the boundary wire's corridor width
setting and location, refer to the Operator's
Manual.
No action.
Check that the guide wires are installed as
described in the Operator's Manual. Then
carry out a new calibration, refer to "3.5
Calibrate guide".
