3. Hardware

The core of the Thunderboard EFR32BG22 is the EFR32BG22 Wireless Gecko System-on-Chip. The board also contains several pe-
ripherals connected to the EFR32BG22. For placement and layout of the hardware components the reader is referred to section
Hardware Layout.
