You can use this Feature bit to specify whether the block uses the process value or a
substitution value in case of an active bypass.
The default setting is 0.
Bit = 0: Block will use the process value (PV/In/Out).
Bit = 1: Block will use the substitution value (BypPV/BypIn/BypOut).
