Page 5: Battery Safety Instructions
Batteries may explode if overheated. - If the product becomes abnormally hot, gives off an abnormal smell, changes color or if charging takes much longer than usual, stop using and charging the product and contact your local Philips dealer. -

- If batteries are damaged or leaking, avoid contact with the skin or eye. If this occurs, immediately rinse well with water and seek medical care. English 2 Place the appliance in the charging case. Note: Make sure the charging pins of the appliance are in full contact with the charging case. You hear a click when full contact has been established. 3 Insert the small plug in the bottom of the charging case and insert the adapter into the wall socket. - Page 8 English Warning: Do not use the epilator on scalp hair, eyebrows, eyelashes and lips. The appliance can be used wet or dry. Epilation tips - Wet: We advise you to start epilating on wet skin, as water relaxes the skin and makes epilation less painful and gentler. Use your common shower gel or foam for smoother epilation.
