Remote Control

Operating your air conditioner properly helps you obtain the best possible results. This section explains
proper air conditioner operation.
IMPORTANT:
If you turn off the air conditioner, wait at least 3 minutes before turning it back on. This prevents
the air conditioner from blowing a fuse or tripping a circuit breaker.
Do not try to operate your air conditioner in the cooling mode when outside temperature is below
65 °F (18°C). The inside evaporator coil will freeze up, and the air conditioner will not operate
properly.
NOTE: In the event of a power failure, your air conditioner will operate as the previous settings when the
power is restored.

NOTE: This is a general use remote control. Some models do not have all the functions indicated by this
manual. Some models do not have a remote control or have a different remote control.
Instructions for remote control use:
The distance between signal sender and receiving window should be no more than 8 m, and there
should be no obstacles between them.
Replace new batteries of the same model when replacement is required.
When you don't use remote control for a long time, please take out the batteries.
1. POWER BUTTON
Press On/Off button to turn on or turn off the unit.
2. DISPLAY
When the unit is turned on but is not in timer setting, set temperature will be displayed if the operation
mode is cooling, eco or heating mode; ambient temperature will be displayed if the operation mode is fan
mode.
