SMART LOCK
QUICK-START SETUP GUIDE
NOTE: When the Smart Lock is first
powered, it will run through a start-up
sequence. When the unit locks, the
internal lock bars drop and will make a
thudding noise; this is normal.
5. Install four new AA batteries in
the battery pack. DO NOT PULL THE
BATTERY PACK OR YOU MAY DAMAGE
THE CONNECTING WIRES.
For optimum performance, it is recommended to
use non-rechargeable, alkaline batteries.
6. Re-attach the battery pack to the
velcro mounting location on the
inside bottom surface of the toolbox
top. Double-check and make sure the
wires are safely routed out of the way.
Adjust battery pack position
as needed.
7. Insert the key and turn to the
unlocked position (clockwise).
8. Re-install the drawer(s) by aligning
the slides on the drawer to the slides
on the cabinet and push the drawer
in. Push and pull the drawer back and
forth a couple of times to seat the
slides and slide locks.
9. Proceed to setting up and connecting
the Craftsman Smart Lock app.
PROTECT YOUR SECURITY: Secure your serial number and keys in
a safe location; do not leave lying around!
CONNECTING THE SMART APP
1. On your smartphone in the settings,
confirm Bluetooth® is on, or turn on.
2. Open the Craftsman® Smart Lock
Toolbox app and press the "(+)" symbol

damaged, the serial number is also located on
the label attached to the Smart Lock module
