4.1 Troubleshooting

Problem
Three solid
red lights
(before clean-
ing cycle)
Or
Three blink-
ing red lights
(interrupted
cleaning cycle)
One solid
yellow light
Three solid
yellow lights
Device won't
turn on
CPAP equip-
ment smells
stale or
musty after
cleaning
Possible Cause
CPAP tube is not on far enough or
lid is open.
Cycle was interrupted.
Filter and check valve need to be
replaced and Zoey needs to be
reset.
Device isn't plugged in or cord is
loose.
CPAP equipment must be washed
and dried before using Zoey for
the first time and as needed
thereafter.
Corrective Action
Check to make sure your
CPAP tube is far enough onto
Zoey's CPAP tube connector
in order to trigger the CPAP
tube sensor.
See page 7, step 5.
Check to make sure the lid is
fully closed. Click shut.
Remove CPAP tube from Zoey
while lid is open, reconnect
tube and shut lid, then rerun
cycle for full cleaning.
Replace filter and check
valve, and reset Zoey
See page 10.
Ensure power cord is plugged
in properly.
Wash and dry CPAP
equipment according to
manufacturer's instructions
before using Zoey.
