1. Check the Input Source: Ensure the TV is set to the correct input source. If using a coaxial connection, go to the TV channel settings and switch to "Cable" input.
2. Verify the Antenna Connection: Ensure the indoor antenna is securely connected to the TV’s coaxial input.
3. Rescan for Channels: Go to the TV's channel settings and perform an auto scan to detect available channels.
4. Adjust Antenna Position: Move the antenna to a different location, preferably near a window or higher up, to improve signal reception.
5. Remove Interference: Keep the antenna away from electronic devices or metal objects that may cause interference.
6. Check for Signal Strength: If available, use the TV's signal strength indicator to find the best position for the antenna.
7. Reset TV Settings: If issues persist, reset the TV to factory default settings and try scanning again.
If the problem continues, consider using an external signal amplifier or checking for service outages in your area.
