    Using the air or exhaust control (on some models) The Air or Exhaust Control determines how air is circulated through the air conditioner. It allows you to circulate room air, Exhaust stale/smoky air, or bring in fresh air. To circulate room air (Figures 4 and 5) set Air or Exhaust Control to OFF/CLOSED.

    Cleaning the front 1. Unplug the power cord. 2. Remove the front panel from the cabinet for easy cleaning. Remove the screws from the bottom edge of the front panel. Lift panel slightly and then pull it toward you. See Figure 8. 3.
