My iron is not steaming, the cord is cold , can I use a descaler in my speed steampro
If your Morphy Richards Speed Steam Pro iron is not steaming and the cord is cold, first check if the auto shut-off feature has activated. Wake up the iron and allow it to reach temperature before using steam. If the auto-clean or descale indicator is on, ensure the unit has completely cooled down before attempting the auto-clean process. The clean water tank must be filled to MAX with clean water and connected properly for descaling to work. The descale indicator will turn off only after the auto-clean process is completed correctly.
