- Page 2 cut these zip ties The ignition must be turned OFF before installation. Remove the main seat and the tail section. Remove both lower fairings. Remove the fuel tank. Cut the three zip ties holding the wiring harness to the fuel lines at the injectors as shown in Figure A.
- Page 3 10 Route the PCIII USB EX harness out of the bottom of the air box. Reinstall the stock grommet. connector 11 Unplug the stock harness from the Throttle Position Sensor located on left hand side of bike, behind the ignition coil. 12 Make a small cut in the TPS wire sheathing as shown in Figure D.
- Page 4 17 Tuck the wires behind the frame and zip tie to the stock wiring harness. Make sure the wires wire wraps will not get pinched. 18 Route the ground wire from the PCIII USB EX along the right hand side of the frame towards the battery.
