Introduction
WARNING: Move your hair to the side
before you assemble the product. Make sure
that the sealing rings are tight against your
head and around your ears before you
operate the product.
To put the earmuffs in operation
position HP100-1, HP200-1
1. Put on the headband and adjust the earmuffs around
your ears.
2. Adjust the earmuffs until they are tight around your
ears and tight against your head. (Fig. 8)
3. For HP200-1: If it is necessary, adjust the pressure of
the headband with the tension adjustment slide on
the headband. (Fig. 8)
To put the earmuffs in operation
position HP200-2
1. Put the helmet on your head.
To do maintenance on the product
CAUTION: Do not flush or put the product
fully into water.
1. Clean the product regularly. Use a cloth with water
and mild soap.
2. Do a check of the condition of the sealing rings and
the foam rubber inserts before each use.
Transportation and storage
Make sure that the sealing rings on the hearing
protection are not compressed.
For HP100-1, HP200-1: Make sure that the
headband is not in tension.
For HP200-2: Put the earmuffs in operation position.
To put the earmuffs in operation position

HP200-2 on page 1 2 5 .

To assemble the earmuffs to a helmet
HP200-2
1. Lift the earmuffs out and up until they lock in standby
position. (Fig. 6)
2. Put the helmet attachment in the slot on the helmet.

2. Adjust the earmuffs until they are tight around your
ears and tight against your head. (Fig. 9)
To put the earmuffs in standby position
HP200-2
Lift the earmuffs out and up until they lock in standby
position. (Fig. 10)
To put the earmuffs in parking position
HP200-2
1. Put the earmuffs in standby position.
2. Turn the earmuffs rearward along the side of the
helmet until they lock in the parking position. (Fig. 11)
3. Replace the sealing rings and the foam rubber
inserts 1 time each 6 months or more frequently if it
is necessary. Make sure that the bulge on the
sealing ring points down during assembly. Use
original spare parts. Refer to
127. (Fig. 12)
Note: HP200-2: If the earmuffs are wet on the inner side,
let them dry in parking position.

Put the product in a dry and clean space with correct
temperature.
Do not put the product in sunlight during storage and
ensure that they are protected from chemical and/or
physical damage.
Put the product in a safe space during transportation
and ensure that they are protected from chemical
and/or physical damage.
