A "support code" is an error number, and appears along with an error message.

After printing my picture, I let the photo dry for 24 hours, but if I run my finger gently over the photo, the ink comes off on my finger. I am using the correct photo paper for ink jet printers and the correct canon paper. i cannot figure out what the problem is. Please help.
