17. How to Reset your Account (App) Password
To reset a forgotten Account (App) Password, proceed with the following steps.
How to Reset your Account (App) Password
1. Open the datAshur BT Managed App.
2. In 'User Account Login' tap on 'Forgot Your Password'.
3. Enter your email address and tap 'Submit'.
Note:
After you have tapped on 'Submit', an email will be
automatically triggered and sent to you containing a 'Temporary Password'.
4. Enter your Username and 'Temporary Password' and tap 'Login'.
Note:
Refer to the email containg your 'Temporary Password'.
5. Change your Account Temporary Password to your own
Unique Password.
Enter your 'Temporary Password' in the 'Old Password' field then enter
your 'New Password' and 'Confirm Password' and finally tap 'Change
Password'.
If Password change was successful, the App will open in 'Managed Drives'.
