Use the focus ring
In the MF mode, you have to rotate the focus ring on the lens to focus manually. When
you set the MF Assist function on the camera, you can better focus on the subject.
Refer to your camera manual for details on the MF Assist function.
You can select a focusing mode on the camera.
Do not apply excessive force to the front of the camera while the camera is using auto
focus. Doing so may cause the lens to malfunction.
