The arm the tablet attaches to is not installed properly, it is too short and I cannot connect the tablet to it. Please advise what I need to do to get the issue resolved.

The MYXfitness tablet mounting arm should be installed by attaching the 4-hole plate at the top of the mounting arm. Insert four 4 mm screws through the plate into the mounting holes on the back of the touchscreen and tighten. If the arm appears too short, ensure it is correctly positioned and fully extended before securing it.
