Flight Management System (FMS) for the Agusta AW139/AB139 Helicopter
— EXCEEDS MAX LANDING WT -- This is an alerting system
message indicating the landing weight exceeds the maximum
landing weight.
— EXITING POLAR REGION -- This is an alerting system message
indicating the FMS position just crossed below 88 degrees
north/south latitude and special polar rules no longer apply.
— FLIGHT PLAN FULL -- This is an advisory system message
indicating the flight plan is full. This message is displayed when
the pilot attempts to enter more than the maximum waypoints
allowed in a flight plan.
— FLT PATH ANGLE TOO STEEP -- This is an alerting system
message indicating the flight path angle exceeds the angle limit.
— FLT PLAN CHANGED -- This is an advisory operator message
indicating the pattern fix is not in the same location as when the
page was entered while activating a pattern in a stored flight plan.
— FLT PLAN RECEIVED -- This is an alerting system message
indicating a flight plan has been received through a datalink,
This message is displayed when datalink indicates a new flight
plan has been received.
— FMS EXITING HOLD -- This is an alerting system message
indicating the hold termination altitude has been reached and the
HOLD is automatically exiting.
— FMS POSITIONS DIFFERENT -- This is an alerting system
message indicating the reason for going into independent
operation is a difference in the FMS present position of greater
than 10 NM.
— FMS USING GPS X -- This is an advisory system message
indicating the GPS has become available again for the FMS
navigation solution and X represents the GPS number.
— FPL CONTAINS INVALID WPT -- This is an advisory operator
message indicating the stored flight plan being activated has
undefined or invalid waypoints.
— FPL STORAGE FULL -- This is an advisory operator message
indicating the storage area for flight plans is full.
— GPS RAIM ABOVE LIMIT -- This is an alerting system message
indicating the GPS current RAIM (receiver autonomous integrity
monitor) exceeds the alarm limit for the present phase of flight.
