4.0 Dispenser Care
4.2 AquaEase™ Water Cartridge Change
By replacing your AquaEase™ Water Cartridge every three months (the red indicator light will flash when
it' s time), you'll be swapping out all internal cold-water contact parts to ensure a clean dispensing source.
Before installing the new cartridge, recycle the empty reservoir bottle and discard the remaining used water
cartridge parts.
For additional recycling options, please call Customer Service at 1-800-274-5282.
1. The flashing red light will indicate that the
AquaEase water cartridge is ready to be
replaced.
Because a new bottle of water is required at this
time, wait until the flashing light turns to a solid
light, indicating that the bottle is empty.
2. Remove empty bottle from cabinet and
disconnect red air connector by pulling upwards.
3. Open your new AquaEase box and locate
the spare, red hygiene cap and have it handy.
4. Disconnect tube from cap by squeezing tabs
and pulling upwards, then place hygiene cap
onto end of tube to ensure no water drips.

5. Lift up clamping lever to unlock, release cap,
and pull the lower cartridge upwards.
Let water drain from tube, then remove from
bottle and discard.
6. Press lid release buttons on either side of the lid,
and open the lid.
7. Press and lift tab to release gray bracket
at front of unit.
8. Holding handle of water cartridge, slowly pull
upwards to remove reservoir bottle, tubes and all
connections. Keep reservoir bottle upright.
9. Remove foam ring. Then, expand and remove
C-shaped bracket from the neck. Separate
bottle from upper cartridge (this water can be
consumed). Place empty reservoir bottle in
recycling bin, and discard remaining parts.

How can I get a red air supply connector for my lumina water dispenser
Cold water side working fine, hot water side not working at all. Priming issue?
Yes, there can be a priming issue with the hot water side of the NESTLE ReadyRefresh Lumina. The unit must be primed before activating the hot water. If the dispenser was depressurized for any reason, it needs to be re-primed. Priming is confirmed when the dispensing light flashes and stops after two minutes.

The air pump is not pumping air. The water wasn't flowing, so I ordered a new water cartrage and replaced it but it shows the same problem, red light and led light are blinking and there is no water flow, the new cartrage is empty and doesn't want to fill up.
