Note that only professionals can install or replace DTU. Do not try to repair DTU without Hoymiles’ approval. If DTU is damaged, please send the DTU back to your installer for repairing. Disassembling DTU without Hoymiles’ approval will invalidate remaining of the warranty period. -

The walls, roofs or other obstacles in between will effect on the signal and reduce the communication distance in the real installation. -
