    Before Use Before using your fryer for the first time, follow the below procedures. Remove ALL packing materials from between the Oil Tank and the Fryer Casing before use! 1.     Operation 1. Fill the oil tank with oil between the MIN and MAX level marks shown on the inside of the oil tank. Check the oil level before using the fryer on each separate occasion. • Corn oil, sunflower oil, ground nut oil and vegetable oil are all suitable for use with the fryer.

    Cleaning the Fryer Clean your fryer thoroughly after every use once your fryer has completely cooled down. Unplug the fryer from the mains socket and allow time for the fryer to cool down. Cleaning the Frying Basket The frying basket and handle should be washed in warm soapy water, rinsed and dried. Cleaning the Lid The lid should be washed in warm soapy water, rinsed and dried.
