Aussenmantel abisolieren
- Werkzeug 1 mit Nr. D4W003-000 verwenden.
- Werkzeugkopf auf langen Griff mit Steckbolzen im geöffneten
Zustand montieren.
- Werkzeug öffnen.

Stripping of the outer covering

- Use tool 1, No. D4W003-000.
- Mount the tool head on the open long grips with socket pin.
- Open the tool.
- Kabel einlegen. Werkzeug schließen bis es öffnet (Bild links).
- Kabel bis Anschlag in Abisolierstation einführen (Bild rechts).
- Werkzeug komplett schließen, und 3 Verrastungen öffnen.
- Kabel nach vorne aus dem Werkzeug ziehen (Bild rechts).
- Achtung: Kabelmantel nicht ganz abziehen!
- Insert the cable. Close the tool until it opens (left picture).
- Insert the cable until stop in the stripping station (right picture).
- Close the tool completely, open 3 locking devices.
- Extract the cable frontal out of the tool (right picture.)
- Attention: do not strip the complete outer covering!
Abschirmung crimpen
- Werkzeug 2 mit Nr. D4W008-000 verwenden
- Werkzeugkopf auf kurzen Griff montieren (Bild links).
- Positionierung des Verbinderstreifens mit Rasthebel.
- Werkzeug öffnen.
- Rasthebel nach unten drücken.

Crimping of the shielding

- Use tool 2, No. D4W008-000.
- Mount the tool head on the short grips (left picture).
- Positioning of the connector strip with lock lever.
- Open the tool.
- Push down the lock lever.
- Verbinderstreifen Kontaktführung so weit einschieben bis

Kontakt zur Mitte des Profils steht (Bild 1 und 2)
- Rasthebel rastet in Bohrung ein. Kontakt ist im Werkzeug fixiert.
- Leiter in Kontakt einlegen bis Isolation gegen Kontakt stößt.
- Werkzeug schließen bis es öffnet und gecrimpten Kontakt
entnehmen.
- Isolierung abziehen. Schirmung umlegen (Bild 5 und 6).
- Insert the connector strip until the contact is in the middle of the profile
(Picture 1 and 2).

- Locklever locks in borehole. The contact is fixed in the tool.
- Insert the cable in the contact until insulation meets contact.
- Close the tool until it opens and remove the crimped contact.
- Remove the insulation and put on the shield (Picture 5 and 6).
