- Page 2 RW-600 is a fully automatic ultrasonic record cleaner. The cleaning action is done by 4 very fine roller brush plus record merge in the cleaning fluid with ultrasonic vibration.

- Page 5 RW-600 Record Cleaner Preparations 1. Ensure the record cleaner is placed on a horizontal table, check the bubbler leveler to see if the cleaner is level, adjust until the cleaner is level. 2. Attach the DC output power plug of the power adapter to the power socket of the record cleaner.

Remove the filter sponge cover (12), first take out the filter sponge, add 15 to 20ml of Amari Record Cleaning Fluid and then add about 4.5 liters of distilled water, observe cleaning fluid level display (6) until the level switch float position is close to the upper fluid level switch position.

The yellow LED lights up during cleaning operation, when the green LED light is on, the buzzer sounds and a cleaning cycle is completed, then take out the and proceed to the next cleaning cycle.
- Page 8 RW-600 Record Cleaner After cleaning about 500 records, it is necessary to replace four microfiber-cleaning rollers. Simply pull up on the cleaning roller, replace it with new ones. Align the drive pin with the holes of the rollers, push the new rollers down gently and then turn it slightly until the roller sit properly.
