    1 x EW T AdBlue Prüfschlüssel ( im Lieferumfang enthalten ) 1 x EW SK 3 ( Inbusschlüssel 3 mm ) Zapfventil mit Schlauchleitung verbinden. Elaflex empfiehlt Slimline 16 AdBlue Schläuche mit normgerechten Edelstahlarmaturen, um die Rein heits an for- derun gen der ISO 22241 zu erfüllen.
  • Page 4 FUNKTIONSTEST BEDIENUNGSHINWEISE Harnstofflösung ist kein Kraftstoffzusatz. Tanken Sie das Medium nicht in den Dieseltank, sondern in den hierfür vorgesehenen separaten Tank. Das Zapfventil muss auf eine Durchflussrate von 5 l/min eingestellt sein. Abhängig vom Fahrzeugmodell befindet sich der AdBlue ® -Füllstutzen neben dem Dieseltankstutzen, im Kofferraum oder im Motorraum.

    Schäden aufweisen ( z.B. gebrochene Bauteile, scharfe Kanten, blockierter Schalthebel, schwergän- giges Drehgelenk ). Überprüfen Sie insbesondere das Auslaufrohr auf Schäden.   • Page 6 EW M 36/41 APPROVALS / OPERATING CONDITIONS ZVA AdBlue LV is suitable for the use with filler inlets to ISO 22241-5. The nozzle is type approved to EN 13012 and ATEX certified. Note : The use of the lever latch is not allowed in some countries, special rules might apply.

    FLOWRATE ADJUSTMENT FUNCTION TESTING To put the nozzle into operation, adjust the actual flowrate to 5 l/ min. When using the hose connections EA 075 LV or SSB 16 LV, the volume flow switch shall be set to the standard '5 l/ min' The nozzle shall be set to a flowrate of '5 l/min'.

    Once a sufficient operation temperature is reached, dispense at least 3 − 4 l AdBlue to restore the full functionality. If ZVA AdBlue LV still does not work properly, please contact Elaflex. Pull the lever Please note: multiple dispensing attempts ( pulling the lever very often ) without either test adapter EW 22 or complete connection to the ISO 22241-5 filler point lead to the formation of an overpressure within the nozzle.
