Description After replaced Remark TMPM330FWFG SOFTWARE:Main IC11 SOFTWARE:USB, DCD-720AE Only TMP92FD28FG IC41 Note:IC11 need to work on before writing. After replacing A : Mask ROM (With software). No need for write-in of software to the microprocessor. B : Flash ROM (With software). Usually, no need for write-in of software. But, when the software was updated, you should write the new software on the microprocessor or lash ROM.
1. Update for IC11(TMPM330FWFG) (1) Connection of SPK-581, PC and the unit. See "Connect SPK-581 (Page 27)" (2) Turn on the unit. (3) Double click BootTool_M330, and launch the Boot Tool_M330. (4) Choose the Serial port number in the COM Port. Turn on the unit.

(5) If successful communication between PC from the unit, "Connected" will be displayed. (6) Click Ram File 「...」 button. Then choose the "OnBoard_M330.s32". Click Open button.

(7) Click "Flash File 「...」". Choose the "Hex File (*.S32)". Choose the "「DCD720AE_20120404-01.s32". Click Open button. (8) Click Start button.

(9) If the software is updated successfully, "OK." appears. Click OK. Disconnect mains cord from the unit, and then disconnect FFC of connection JIG from the unit. (10) Initializing the unit.Turn off the power button. Press Power operation button while simultaneously while pressing " 1 / 3 " and " 8 " buttons. (11) After updating the irmware, check the version.
2. Update for IC41(TMP92FD28AFG):USB μcom (1) Prepare the windows PC that installed the FlashProg.EXE. (2) Connection of SPK-581, PC and the unit. See "Connect SPK-581( Page 27)" (3) Double click FlashProg.exe, and launch the FlashProgrammer. Click the Setup in the menu bar and select the Setup File.

Click Device tab. (6) Choose the TMP91FD28 in the Device, and choose the 900/H1 in the Series. Click Apply, and display the chosen Dvice.

TROUBLE SHOOTING FLOW CHART NO.1 The power cannot be turned on. Is Power LED lit? Check if there is any leak or short-circuiting rectiier circuit of SUB Power transformer, and service it if defective. (T901,D903,D904,D905,D906,IC91,Q904,Q905) Is the MCU +3.9V line voltage normal? Is normal state restored when once unplugged power cord is plugged Check if there is any leak or short-circuiting on rectiier again after several seconds?
FLOW CHART NO.3 The luorescent display tube does not light up. Check the +3.3V_D2. line and service it if defective. Is +3.3V_D2. voltage supplied to Pins(37) of F701? Is the voltage of approximately +42V supplied to Pin(38) of F701? Check the +42V line and service it if defective. Is the voltage of approximately +6V supplied to Pin(1),(43) of F701? Check the FL1/FL2 line and service it if defective.
