Frequently Asked Questions
1.
How long does it take to test a battery?
The only way to accurately test a battery's capacity is to discharge it. Unfortunately,
this can't be done in a few seconds. Depending on battery capacity & quality a test
can take anytime from 1 minute to 10 hours.

Where is the Manual?
The manual is available in several languages on the USB stick. Simply put the USB
stick in the computer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software
& manuals. Look for BITS in your programs menu and open the AlfaBat Pro or BITS
Manual.

Can the AlfaBat recharge a battery?
No, the AlfaBat is not a charger. The unit does have a charger connection port
where you can connect your charger for testing it.. Look in the manual for charger
connection schemes.

How can I resolve communication problems?
First connect your AlfaBat Pro to the computer with a USB cable and make sure

selecting the available ports manually. You can find the available ports in 'Program
options', which you can reach through menu 'Options'.
