Manometer (Volt/Ohm Meter) If Rinnai technical support assistance is required please have these tools available in order to speed up the troubleshooting process. Also, Rinnai needs to know the full model and serial number of the product. Have the front cover removed from the product, record and provide any relevant information such as gas pressures, set temperature, fault codes etc.
