    Controllare inoltre che la macchina non abbia subìto danni. In caso contrario mettersi in contatto entro due giorni con lo spedizioniere e l'ufficio gestione clienti della AT-OS S.r.l., comunicando l’entità del danno. Soltanto agendo tempestivamente sarà possibile essere risarciti.

    Sia presente un efficiente impianto di messa a terra cui collegare la macchina (secondo le norme per la sicurezza elettrica). Nel caso si stia installando una macchina modello AF2.60 assicurarsi che siano stati eseguiti i fori per il fissaggio dell’apparecchio (vedi nel paragrafo 1.3.9) ed inserire i tasselli forniti con il kit di fissaggio.

    L’utilizzo dei pulsanti a gomito sulle macchine AT-OS segue la filosofia della pulizia ed igiene che da anni l’azienda segue, per fornire all’utilizzatore un modo facile e pulito di utilizzare la macchina. Solitamente i beni vengono portati ed inseriti nella macchina utilizzando guanti monouso che spesso durante queste operazioni si sporcano.

    ENGLISH INTRODUCTION AT-OS S.r.l. appliances are easy and simple to use. They must, however, only be operated by personnel who are aware of all of the contents of this manual. They must, in other words, only be used by personnel able to suitably use the machine as indicated in the following pages.

    AT-OS S.r.l. Service Center. Repairs performed by persons who are not qualified by AT-OS S.r.l. can cause further damage to property and/or harm to persons. Always ask for ORIGINAL AT-OS S.r.l. SPARE PARTS if one or more components of the appliance must be replaced. Use only products recommended by AT-OS S.r.l. in this manual.

These must be clean, have a normal interior temperature (room temperature) which must not be subject to excessive changes and must have relatively normal humidity rates.

    When receiving the machine always immediately check that all the material listed on shipping documents has been received. Also check that the machine has not been damaged. If it has been damaged then you must contact the shipper and the AT-OS S.r.l.

  • Page 33: Supply Cocks

    There is an efficient ground system to which to connect the machine (according to electrical safety standards). In case a model AF2.60 is to be installed, it is necessary to check that holes have been made for anchoring the appliance (see paragraph 7.3.9) and insert the expansion plugs supplied with our anchor kit.

    Check that the machine has been correctly connected to its electrical, plumbing and trap connections. Then level the machine using its leveling units (Fig. K page IV appendix I). In case a model AF2.60 is to be installed, the unit itself is to be fixed to the wall using the anchoring kit and following the instructions at paragraph 7.3.9.

    The machine is set by the manufacturer for dosing the products to be added to the water to improve the efficiency and durability of the appliance. The anti-scale product is set for water hardness up to a maximum of 30 French degrees. Contact the AT-OS S.r.l.

    Give electrical power to the machine. The messages A, B1, B2 and C on page 44 will appear in sequence: “AT-OS, please wait”, “Set-Up, please wait” then “MP0227AA rev. x.x MPO225AA rev. x.x” and “Program Selection” message remains displayed (and that there are no other warning or alarm messages).

    Use of elbow-operated push-buttons on AT-OS machines is part of the cleanliness and hygiene philosophy that the company has been pursuing for years, making it easy and clean for operators to use the machine. Generally the items to be washed are carried to and inserted in the machine using disposable gloves.

    (see page I appendix I, position 5). To access the service switch (see picture on side) of a AF2.90 model it is necessary to open the tank chamber (see pag. I, appendix I, position 5) by using the key provided with machine itself.

  • Page 42: Loading And Unloading

    The machine is normally furnished with a standard support (for example on picture F page III appendix I). This support can be used to wash most of the bedpans and urinals used in hospital wards. AT-OS S.r.l. can furnish, on request, other supports that can be interchanged with the standard support and can be used to wash bowls, large bottles and bedpans with a wide variety of shapes.

    This is displayed when a Technician must be called to solve a frequent problem or machine malfunction. Maintenance This warns the user that it is time to perform scheduled periodic maintenance (contact the AT-OS S.r.l. Customer Service Department or authorized technicians).

    11.6 Cleaning the appliance Clean the exterior of the appliance using products suitable for stainless steel. If possible use the products recommended by AT-OS S.r.l. Use of other products may give unsatisfactory results. Products unsuitable for cleaning steel can irreparably damage parts of the appliance which are not interchangeable and make the machine unusable.
