    ML50-30 MAINTENANCE LIFT TESCO EQUIPMENT LLC CHAPTER 2: MAINTENANCE Section 1: Servicing PERIODIC MAINTENANCE Regular maintenance is required to ensure optimum performance and long life for machine components. Maintain the unit by performing periodic maintenance at the intervals listed in the Periodic Maintenance Chart below.

    ML50-30 MAINTENANCE LIFT TESCO EQUIPMENT LLC FILLING HYDRAULIC OIL RESERVOIR Check hydraulic oil level as described above. Determine the amount of oil to be added: 2.5 gallons of oil will raise the level in the reservoir about 1 inch. Raise the work platform if necessary to access the reservoir filler cap. Support platform with the maintenance stand.

    TESCO EQUIPMENT LLC COUNTER BALANCE/HOLDING VALVE-HOLD PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT NOTE: The pressure on the counter balance holding valves is preset by TESCO at 1400 PSI. Adjustments are accomplished using an Allen wrench on the pressure adjuster and a standard open end wrench on the locknut.

THE CHASSIS WHEELS MUST BE CHOCKED TO PREVENT THE HI-LIFT UNIT FROM MOVING IN EITHER DIRECTION.

    UP switches function as the ENABLE switch. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM The Model ML50-30 has a 12-volt DC electrical system that controls all functions of the Hi-lift. The components of the electrical system are located in the lower control station, the upper control station, and the main electrical box.
