Guide the cargo compartment cover for‐

wards using the grab handle until it is fully
retracted.
The rolled-up cargo compartment cover can be
used in two positions:
Folded 45° upwards for loading (fold down

before commencing your journey)
Horizontal position

Installing or removing the cargo compart‐
ment cover
Requirement:
The cargo compartment cover is rolled up.

Removing the cargo compartment cover

Press end cap 1 on the left or right

inwards.
Pull out the cargo compartment cover back‐
#
wards.
Stowing the cargo compartment cover
Depending on the vehicle variant, the cargo
compartment cover can be stowed under the
cargo compartment floor.
Open the cargo compartment floor
#
( page 126).

To insert: first place the cargo compartment

cover in brackets 1 on the left and then the
right. Comply with the instructions on the
vehicle to ensure a correct seat.
To remove: gently push the cargo compart‐
#
ment cover to the left using grab handle 2.
Remove the cargo compartment cover from

brackets 1 on the right and then the left.
