The shipping container may have staples and will have banding under tension, which can cause injuries. Wear gloves and eye protection to reduce the risk of injury when removing the carton. –...
  • Page 7 7. Wall mounting the Fillet Freezer – A steel offset mounting strip has been provided for wall mounting this unit. This mounting strip will engage the full width of the freezer case top-rear frame/flange (Fig 1). – Locate center point of desired case-mounting position on the wall surface.

The High Capacity Wall Freezer comes with three wire form shelves that slide onto right and left shelf supports. The shelf supports have six adjustable shelf positions.

    4 daily store-Closing procedures The outside of the HCWF must be cleaned every day. Wipe off and clean the HCWF exterior, using approved McDonald’s cleaning chemicals, according to instructions provided (Fig 16). Be sure to clean the unit’s: front/door, both sides and bottom of the freezer.
