Motor Drive Circuit
The motor (stepping motor) is driven by IC3 (bipolar constant current driver). The motor rotates in sync with the clock (PHASE1,
PHASE2) that is generated by IC4 based on ACF1_SMNA and ACF1_SMNB.
When the both IA1 and IA2 are low level, the motor rotates with maximum current.
