Chapter 2 Product overview The Vante SEBRA Model 2380 MINI™ Hand-Held Tube Sealer Power ® ® Source (Sealer) is a compact, portable, battery powered device that employs SMART™ electronics (which detect the end of the seal and arcing problems) to generate radio frequency (RF) to make uniform, quality seals on a variety of tubing sizes without power adjustment by the user.
