Troubleshooting Guide
CAUTION: Risk of product damage. If the toilet is plugged, turn off
the water supply before attempting to unplug it. The sensor can be
inadvertently activated when dredging the toilet, which may result in
an overflow.
Symptoms
1. The toilet is blocked.
2. Nothing happens
when I try to
activate the sensor.
3. After the sensor
is activated, I hear
a beep, but the toilet
does not flush.
4. The toilet flushes,
but the flush is weak.
5. The sensor is not
sensitive enough.
6. The toilet flushes
when I am sitting
on it.
7. The toilet flushes
when opening the
seat cover.
8. After the manual
button is pressed,
the flush is weak
or does not flush.

Recommended Action
A. Turn off the water supply. Clear the blockage using
a plunger. Consult the toilet troubleshooting for
further information.
A. Confirm the batteries are correctly installed.
B. Confirm the batteries have a charge.
C. Check whether the signal cables of the sensor and
the air pump box have come loose.
A. Does the battery box hanging on the rear of the
tank press on the wire rope of the drain valve?
If so, relocate the box.
B. Check whether the air tube connecting the flush
actuator and the air bump box has come loose.
A. Check whether the batteries are low.
B. Consult the toilet troubleshooting.
A. Confirm that your hand is within 6 cm above the
sensor.
A. Are you leaning back and bumping the tank lid?
Moving the tank lid may cause the toilet to flush.
A. Does the seat or lid strike the tank lid when they
are opened? Moving the tank lid may cause the
toilet to flush.
B. Is your hand within 60 mm above the sensor when
the toilet cover is open? When your hand is within
6 cm above the sensor, the flush will be activated.
A. Is the button pressed quickly and until fully
depressed?
