2. INTRODUCTION & SPECIFICATIONS

  • Page 2 3. ASSEMBLY YK30F.V2 30TON PRESS ASSEMBLY (use the exploded diagram (Fig.1) as a guide to assembly). 3.1.1 Attach the two upper cross beams (20) to the left and right posts (09) using bolts (16), washers (17), lock washers (18) and nuts (19).
  • Page 3 Before checking the oil level make sure the ram is fully retracted. Remove the oil filler plug (39) from the top of the pump. The oil level should be just below the bottom of the filler hole. If it needs filling, use only Sealey hydraulic jack oil. (DO NOT use brake fluid. Contact your local Sealey dealer for details).
