7. MAINTENANCE
7.1.
Daily: Check for damage and fluid leaks.
7.2.
Every 8 working hours: Check hydraulic oil level. Ensure that the trolley is pumped apart guarantee to its widest possible
position. Remove the oil reservoir filler plug, fig.2.G, and check the oil level. Top up as necessary using approved hydraulic oil only.
Correct oil level should be at the bottom of the threads of the oil reservoir filler plug aperture.
(Sealey part no.HJO500MLS/HJO5LS).
7.3.
Monthly: Lubricate moving parts and check for abnormal wear and tear.

8. TROUBLESHOOTING
8.1.
Roller tables will not extend to their full width - low hydraulic level. Check and fill see section 7.1.
8.2.
Pump lever ineffective - hydraulic oil level too high. Check and drain see section 7.1.
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment.
When the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain off any fluids (if applicable)
into approved containers and dispose of the product and the fluids according to local regulations.
