  • Page 2 IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE ASSEMBLY All bases, lids, and shelves must be installed and kept at a right angle (90 ) with side panels. Once all pieces are fully connected the design is very strong and will last many years! All panels must be kept at a 90 (Right Angle) All panels must be installed at a right angle.

  • Page 6 LEFT BOX Locking Cams Insert Cams into bottom side of Base and top side of Lid. Turn Cams with Allen Wrench until locked in place. BASE Left Box: Side 1 Posts Small base support pins Install small base support pins and posts into BOTTOM of Side 1 as shown.
  • Page 7 LEFT BOX Posts Head Insert 8 Posts HEAD DOWN into Post Holes on the edge of Sides 1 & 2. CAREFULLY Set door over 8 posts. *Make sure door knob hole is over Side 1. DO NOT FORCE onto posts. Be certain each post is secure.
  • Page 8 LEFT BOX Locking Cams To secure door, insert 8 Cams along both sides of the interior of the box and turn with Allen Wrench until locked in place. Shelf Pegs Insert Shelf Pegs in holes on Side 2. We recommend placing pegs as shown.
  • Page 9 LEFT BOX Next, you will use several shelves as spacers to properly align and install the Left Box Divider. Take a moment to locate these shelves: 3 x 13” 13 x 13” Notions shelves Shelf Slide divider in and align with pilot holes on lid and base.
  • Page 10 LEFT BOX Remove spacer shelves now and set aside. 13mm Euro Screws It is SAFE to use an Electric Screw Driver Turn box onto Side 2. to intall hinges. Install 5 offset hinges to Left Box Side 1 panel using (15) 13mm Euro Screws. With two people, attach Left Swing Door with Shelves to Left Box Side 1 using (15) 13mm Euro Screws.

    CENTER BOX Build on a blanket for best results First, assemble the lower section of the Center Box. Bottom View Nuts Bolts Wheels Center Box Base Pre-drilled wheel screw Center Box holes Base Top View Post hole Green dowel Hammer (16) bolts into top of base. Install (4) wheels onto bolts.

  • Page 22 CENTER BOX Fit Shelf 2 onto the green dowels on the bottom edge of Dividers 2. Tap CAREFULLY with Rubber Mallet to ensure a tight fit. Center Box Shelf 2 Bottom Side Use Phillips Screw Driver to MANUALLY insert (4) 1 1/2” screws into pre-drilled screw holes on bottom side of Shelf 2 to secure Dividers 2.

You risk stripping your screws. Rotate Left & Right boxes doors down. Use 24 washers screws to attach 6 angle brackets to the base of each box.

  • Page 33 CROWN INSTALLATION To Install: 1. Remove all locks from the top - Crown accessory replaces optional sash lock. 2. Make sure the top doors are level with the Center Box. If they are not level, and the doors are above the Center Box, you may need to adjust some of the hinges on the doors to lower the doors.
