Hello,
We have a device of type tandberg Neoseris T24 for which we have forgotten the password.
Could you please advise us on how to reset it to factory settings, and let us know what the default password is?

Library Troubleshooting The library is designed to operate when installed in a rack using the rack rail kit. CAUTION: Operating the library without installing it in the rails, such as on a table or rack shelf, could result in library errors. Placing any weight on top of the library might also cause errors.
