CAUTION
Do not use this fixture with a
dimming circuit. If you presently have dimmer
controls, you will need to remove them, and
replace them with regular electrical switches. If
you have a three way dimmer, you will have to
replace it with a regular three way switch. Consult
with a qualified electrician before installing.
CAUTION
This unit has a polarized plug
(one blade is wider than the other) as a safety
feature. This plug will fit only one way. If the
plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the
plug. Never use with an extension cord unless
plug can be fully inserted. Do NOT attempt to
defeat this feature.

WARNING
To reduce the risk of FIRE,
ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS:
For INDOOR USE ONLY. The mounting surface
should be flat and sturdy enough to support the
fixture. Do NOT use in wet locations. Do NOT
attempt to install while plugged in. Use only
insulted staples or plastic ties to secure the
power cord.

Installation

1. Disconnect the supply line from power source
before removing, installing or servicing fixtures.
2. Remove the diffuser by pulling back and up on
the top edge of the diffuser to expose the
keyhole locations.
3. Place fixture up to mounting surface and mark
the position of the narrow end of the key holes
on the mounting surface with a pencil. The
screw hole locations must be exact for the
fixture to mount properly.
4. Using a small drill or nail, make two small
starter holes at the marked locations. Position
the fixture onto the mounting location and
secure it using the included mounting screws.
5. Insert proper bulb (not included) by holding the
metal ends and turning to engage in slots.
Replace the diffuser by pushing the grooved
edge of the diffuser down into the bottom edge
until it locks in. Plug in your power cord and
your light is ready to use.

Bulb Replacement

WARNING
Replacement lamp must match
original lamp specifications. See lamp markings
for proper lamp type.
1. Shut off power supply. Allow sufficient time for
lamp to cool properly before handling.
2. Remove diffuser.
3. Remove the lamp by rotating lamp until the
lamp pins disengage from the socket. Pull
forward to remove the lamp from the sockets.
4. Re-install the new lamp by reversing lamp
removal procedure.
5. Re-install diffuser.
