5.8 Water pump
5.8.1 To disassemble the Water pump
If the product comes with a suction hose and/or a dis-
charge hose connected, remove these first (see Figure
3).

1. Remove the bolt and washer from the pump.

2. Remove the M10 bolts (A) and the washers (B).
3. Remove the inlet (C) and the valve sleeve (D).
4. Remove the M10 bolts (E) and the washers (F).
5. Remove the outlet chamber (A) and the gasket (I).
6. Remove the M10 bolts (J) and washers (K) from the
pump (L).
7. Remove the seal (O).
8. Remove the bolts (P), washers (Q) and washers (R)
from the cover (S).
9. Remove the bolt (T) and washer (U) from the impel-
ler (V).
10. Remove the seal (Y).
11. Remove the M8 bolts (AA), the washers (AB) and
the cover (AC) from the machine.
5.8.2 To clean and examine the Water pump
Clean the parts. Replace parts if they are damaged.
5.8.3 To assemble the Water pump
Assemble the water pump in the opposite sequence.
5.8.4 To install a suction hose and a dis-
charge hose

Use a commercially available hose (G). Use the hose
connector/hose clamps (C, D, E) provided with the pump
if necessary. The suction hose (G) must be reinforced
with a none collapsible wall or braided wire construction
and cannot contain any perforations.
Do not use a hose smaller than the pumps suction port

size. Minimum hose size W 40P 1.5 inch 40 mm
