Your Yealink W56H phone is not connecting to your phone number because it may not be properly registered with the 3CX system. The issue could be due to incorrect provisioning, a configuration mismatch, or a registration failure. Since other W56H phones are working fine, check the following:
1. Registration Status – Ensure the phone is correctly registered in the 3CX Phone System Management Console. 2. Provisioning – Re-provision the phone to update its settings. 3. Extension Settings – Verify that the phone’s extension is configured correctly and matches the settings of the working devices. 4. Network Connection – Ensure the base station is connected and communicating properly. 5. Keypad Lock – Confirm that the keypad is not locked, as this can restrict dialing.
If the problem persists, try resetting the phone and re-adding it to the system.

Your Yealink W56H cordless handset may not be ringing due to the ringer being turned off. On this handset, pressing and holding the star (*) key toggles the ringer on or off. Try pressing and holding the star key to enable the ringer. Additionally, check if the handset is in Do Not Disturb (DND) mode, which can reject calls silently. If the issue persists, verify the handset's registration with the base station and ensure it is properly paired.
