- Page 6 Slide plate l. Shoulder straps 2.) Scope The CONREST Half-Rescue-Stretcher is made for emergency evacuation in confined spaces, it is not made for fall arrest. Make sure that no suspension trauma occurs to the casualty by hanging for long periods in the system. Make sure there is a suitable rescue plan.
