To delete the record shown in the display, press the CLEAR button once.
" ERASE? " will be displayed. Press the CLEAR button again to confirm.

This feature allows you to clear all CALLER ID records at once.
1. Press the MENU/EXIT button.
2. Press the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll to ADVANCE FEATURE .
3. Press the SELECT button.
4. Press the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll to CLEAR ALL CID .
5. Press SELECT.
6. Press the REVIEW up or down arrow button to scroll to YES .
7. Press SELECT to confirm all Caller ID records are deleted.
NOTE: You may press the MENU/EXIT button at any step to change the
options or exit the current menu.

While reviewing Caller ID records, you can dial back the numbers showing
in the display by pressing the DIAL button.

F YOU PROGRAMMED YOUR LOCAL AREA CODE IN THE SETUP MENU
1. Press the REVIEW up or down arrow button to display the number you
want to dial.
2. Press the DIAL button. If you see a number with 7 digits (i.e. 555-1234),
it means the call is from within your area code. However, this does not
guarantee the call is a local call. If you see a number with 11 digits (i.e.
1-234-555-1234), then the call is not from your area code. If the viewing
number is not a Direct Dial Number provided by the phone company,
the unit displays
