    Can I use Exfora if I’m pregnant? We recommend consulting your physician first. How often should I use Exfora? We recommend using Exfora no more than once a week. If you’re using the Massage Head, you can use the wand as often as you’d like.

The heads should be replaced about every six months or so. If the rubber gasket grows loose or is damaged, you can replace it at any time.
