6.2.2 Sun disappearing
- If the sunlight level is below the set threshold on the Sunis
RTS sensor, the roller shutter will be raised to the upper
end limit after a delay of 15 to 30 minutes (except if the
roller shutter is in the lower end limit position).

7. Problems with the Oximo RTS?

7.1 Questions and answers

Problems
The roller shutter is not operational.
The roller shutter stops too soon.
The motor is fitted to the wrong side
of the roller shutter.
The roller shutter mounting on the
roller tube must be modified.
7.2 Restoring the original configuration
This reset deletes all programmed control points, sensors
and favourite positions.
Caution! Only switch off the current for the motor to be
reset!
Caution! Do not use the Inis RT/Inis RTS control point for
resetting!
- Place the roller shutter in the mid-height position.
1) Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
2) Switch the power supply back on for 5 to 15 seconds.
3) Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
4) Switch the power supply back on:
The roller shutter moves for several seconds.
Caution: if the roller shutter is in the upper or lower end limit
position it will move up and down briefly.
5) Press the PROG button on the RTS control point (K):
The roller shutter will move up and down twice after
an interval of several seconds.
All RTS control points, RTS sensors and the favou-
rite position (my) have been cleared.

Possible causes
The wiring is incorrect.
The motor is hot.
An incorrect cable has been used.
The control point battery is weak.
The control point is not compatible.
The control point used has not been
programmed into the motor.
There is radio interference.
The crown is incorrectly positioned.
The end limits have been incorrectly
set.
The motor installation does not meet
requirements for the site.
The flexible connections or bolts are
incorrectly fitted.

Solutions
Check the wiring and modify it if
necessary.
Wait until the motor cools down.
Check the cable and ensure it has 3
leads
Check whether the battery is weak
and replace it if necessary.
Check for compatibility and replace
the control point if necessary.
Use a programmed control point or
program this control point.
Turn off all radio equipment nearby.
Fit the crown correctly.
Reset the end limits.
Install the motor on the other side of
the roller tube, restore the motor to its
original settings and start complete
installation of the motor again as set
out in the section entitled "Installation".
Modify the installation (position of
the connections or bolts), restore the
motor to its original settings and start
complete motor installation again
as set out in the section entitled
"Installation".
