Problem
Coffee does not come out
The coffee drips out of the
filter holder and not the
spouts
The filter holder will not
attach to the coffee
machine
The coffee machine does
not work and all lights
flash
Cleaning and care
Possible causes
No water in tank.
The filter holes are blocked.
The tank is not inserted correctly.
Scale build-up.
The filter holder is not inserted
correctly, or is dirty.
The boiler outlet seal is worn.
The spout holes are blocked.
The filter has been overfilled.
Possible fault.
Solution
Fill the tank.
Clean the filter with a brush
or pin.
Insert the tank correctly in its
housing.
Perform a descaling cycle.
Insert the filter holder and
turn it so it is fully closed.
Clean the filter holder.
Have it replaced at an
Authorised Service Centre.
Clean the spout holes.
Use the supplied measuring
scoop and use the correct
filter.
Unplug the coffee machine
and contact an Authorised
Service Centre.
