Nozzle loose
Sliding switch 24 is in position 
No pressure build-up in container 7 because
container not completely closed
Suction tube 15 loose

Ventilation hole 16 on suction tube 15

Container seal 14 missing or damaged
Spray material too viscous

Corrective Measure
Clean the nozzle cap, nozzle needle and air
cap
Tighten the nozzle cap 9/10
Set the sliding switch 24 to "wood" or "wall"
application
Turn the container 7 towards the close
symbol until you hear the lock ring 6 en-
gage
Slide the suction tube all the way onto the
paint channel 17
Clean the nozzle cap
Clean suction tube
Clean the suction tube and the ventilation
hole
Slide a (new) container seal over the suction
tube into the groove
Dilute the spray material again and carry out
a test-spray run
Completely empty and clean the spray gun;
pour the spray material through the filling
sieve when filling
