Please read the safety sections of these instructions before carrying out any
remedial action on the EasyClear! It may also be necessary to refer to the
maintenance section of these instructions.
LOW FLOW FROM PUMP
POOR FOUNTAIN DISPLAY
UV LAMP NOT WORKING
PUMP NOT WORKING

Fault Finding

a – The foams may be blocked and require cleaning
b - Ensure the outer cage is clean.
c - Clear any blockages and adjust the flow controls.
d - Check white flap inside pump chamber moves
freely.
e - Ensure rotor is clean and moves freely.
a – As above
b - Clean the Fountain Head.
a - Check power supply is on.
b - Check fuse, RCD and wiring.
c - Replace the lamp.
d - The Overload Protection may have operated –
see Overload Protection section.
a - Check power supply is on.
b - Check fuse, RCD and wiring.
c- Check the rotor is not blocked
d - The Overload Protection may have
operated – see Overload Protection section.
e - Ensure the outer cage is clean.
f – Check for water ingress in lamp area
