"Error conditions"

This section contains information about possible malfunctions and fixing them as well
as support regarding malfunctions or errors.
Warning
Before checking the following error list:
make sure that

that you have strictly adhered to the information contained in this operating
manual,

there has been no improper use (see Section 1.2 "Intended operation").
Use the following list of errors to check whether the errors or faults is described there
and whether the described measures fix the error or fault.
If the problem cannot be resolved, consult a specialist.

Please observe the safety instructions!
In the event of a fault, turn the machine of immediately
(see section 5.5 "Stopping and turning off the machine")
and protect it against being turned on accidentally.
Only turn the machine on once the error status has been
completely remedied. Please also observe the safety
instructions (see Section 2 "Safety instructions").
Cause
The battery is discharged or not
properly latched
The cleaning brushes or pads
are mechanically stuck
Shaft angle to floor is too low

Charging the battery or
latching it correctly
Unblocking the mechanical
locking of the cleaning
brushes or pads
Lift handle to increase
shaft angle to the floor
