  • Page 2 Important Information • To avoid the unnecessary replacement of multiple PC boards, please read this before beginning to repair this unit. • Do not use any service documentation other than the one designed for this particular model. • Techniques used on previous models may not necessarily apply to the model you are working on.
  • Page 3 SOS Precautions When an abnormality occurs in the unit, the “SOS Detect” circuit is triggered and the TV shuts down. The power LED on the front panel will flash a pattern indicating the circuit that has failed. Cautions: If the power LED continues to blink even after the TV is unplugged, press and hold the power switch on the TV for a few seconds until the LED turns off.
