    Assembly Instructions This product weighs about 16kg and occupies a space of approximately 135cm x 43cm when fully assembled. Step 1 Slide Weight holder (7) onto the Rear frame (4). Then attach Front frame (3) to Rear frame (4) with two M10 x 65mm Bolt (16), four M10 Washers (22), and two M10 Nylon locknuts (21).
